WELCOME to the Allison Puccetti Adams TUSCALOOSA Living Blog
Welcome to the Allison P Adams BLOG on all things TUSCALOOSA.
Here I will share a few of my "Lake Living" columns, compliments of DRUID CITY LIVING.
I moved to Tuscaloosa after living in a number of places across the state of Alabama.
I was born in California~ raised in LIVINGSTON, Alabama, just down the road from Tuscaloosa in the Black Belt of the South. I lived in Tuscaloosa in college, studied forestry and worked in interior design for ten years in Starkville and Jackson MS, Montgomery (10 years) then got my real estate license while living there with firms of Bell,Hicks and Corwin, Jane Sellers Real Estate then formed a partnership before moving to the Gulf Coast where I had my own Real Estate company during the "boom" of 2000-2004. I lived for ten years in Mountain Brook, AL and raised a baby as well as my two who are now grown and currently at BAMA.
I have lived in more than ten homes and love seeing ideas come to life. A creative buyer with aspirations is my favorite client.
I hope you will find my blog both entertaining, but also informative on things going on in Tuscaloosa.
It is a remarkable time to be a part of the growth and progress that shows Alabamians picking up their bootstraps and moving forward, in wake of the tornadoes that ravaged our state.
BOOKMARK us and hope you will come back.
If you have BAMA or SHELTON students, feel free to call me if you get in a bind. I have two there myself (Bama) and know how it is when they are homesick and need something and you are miles away.
Blessings for the best year of your LIFE in 2015! And if I can help you make a home purchase or sell part of that celebration, I will be happy to do all I can to make your dreams come true!
BEFORE you decide to pull the trigger hope you will call me and let me provide you with a detailed outline of steps to take. Having a CPA for a husband who is in the mortgage business helps me understand what you need to do BEFORE you apply for financing. (credit)
Let me take care of the messy stuff...after all, shopping for a home, usually your biggest purchase of a lifetime should be an exciting event.
